VERB WORX was founded by Melissa Morgan, a strategist, designer, and community engagement leader with more than two decades of experience helping mission-driven organizations turn ideas into action. Throughout her career, Melissa has worked across communications, nonprofit leadership, public initiatives, and grassroots organizing, supporting projects that strengthen communities and expand opportunity.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and implementation. She has helped launch campaigns, design brands and digital platforms, facilitate leadership processes, and guide organizations through moments of growth, change, and public engagement.

She has held leadership roles in communications, development, and public engagement, and has supported initiatives for nonprofits, community coalitions, and public agencies working to strengthen communities and expand opportunity.

Melissa founded VERB WORX to bring these disciplines together in one place. The goal is simple: help people with strong values and meaningful ideas build the structure, clarity, and momentum needed to move their work forward.

Based in Long Beach, California, Melissa continues to work alongside community leaders, nonprofits, small businesses, and public initiatives that are building stronger, more connected communities.
